Lives of Chinese immigrants in New York

Talented photographer Annie Ling in the project “A Floating Population” decided to show the world the living conditions of modern Chinese immigrants in New York. The pictures were taken in Chinatown, Chinese dormitory on the street 81 Bowery, where people are forced to live with their entire families in the small rooms of 20 square meters and pay for it by 200-300 dollars a month, which is very cheap by local standards.
